I am currently CEO of Customerforce is the world's first Social Search Portal. An entirely new way for people to share knowledge, content and experiences.

In addition, I was previously US Chairman of Ecademy, a global business networking orgnization.

I have recently been engaged in strategic enterprise technology assignments for Time Warner and Hitachi America.

Prior to this, I was responsible for XML Global’s worldwide operations across North America, EMEA, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.

Prior to joining XML Global, I served as Executive Vice President at Gelco Information Network (formerly General Electric Leasing Co) where I managed $25 million in revenue.

Previously, I was Co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Performance Wave, a software start-up specializing in linking retailers and manufacturers through the Internet. In 1999, the management team successfully orchestrated the sale of Performance Wave to Gelco.

Prior to founding Performance Wave, I spent 8 years at Tambrands and served as Chief Technology Officer prior to the 1997 acquisition by Procter and Gamble. In this role I managed IT staff in 14 countries.

I began my career at IBM and Mobil Oil, where I held a number of management roles. I am a graduate of South Bank University in London, earning a bachelor degree in both computer science and mathematics as well as an executive MBA in finance from City University in New York.
